Data on positive selection in genes of M. tuberculosis from analysis of clinical isolates using GenomegaMap.

This Methods used and Results from this data are described in the following paper:

Ioerger, T.R. and Shatby, A. (2025). Evaluating selection at intermediate scales within genes provides robust identification of genes under positive selection in M. tuberculosis clinical isolates. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.05.07.652684v1

The data includes omega plots for each gene (maps of dN/dS across each ORF), genetic variants observed in each collection of isolates, and statistical analysis of dN/dS at each codon (mean, 95% credible interval).

2057 Mtb clinical isolates from Moldova

5195 Mtb clinical isolates from 15 other countries (from CRyPTIC collection)
